When is my order processed?

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following weekday. In stock items should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks.


How do you handle backorders?

If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be advised via e-mail or phone to let you know when you can expect the item to be available. You will be offered the option to cancel the order if you wish


How do I check on the status of my Order?

You may check on order status by checking on the Order Tracking link provided in the confirmation email or by clicking on the Order Tracking link provided in the My Account page set up with your first order.


What method of payment do you use?

At this time we accept major credit cards including Visa,MasterCard, and Discover well as PayPal. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.


Will I be charged sales tax?

Only Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.


How do I return or exchange items?

Please email for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on your package and packing slip. Please contact us by email or phone for return instructions

In the event that a product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in original new and resalable condition including all sales tags and packaging. We do not reimburse shipping charges on returned merchandise.
 
All returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase less the cost for shipping.
