In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of purchase and a refund will be credited back to your credit card less shipping costs.

In the event that a product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in original new and resalable condition, including all sales tags and packaging. We do not reimburse shipping charges on returned merchandise.

Please email for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on your package and packing slip. Please contact us by email for return instructions.

All returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase less the cost for shipping.


Backorder Policy

If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be advised via e-mail or phone to let you know when you can expect the item to be available. You will be offered the option to cancel the order if you wish.

Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following weekday. In- stock items should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks via Ground delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next regular business day.

You may request expedited delivery, Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipments. However, these orders will ship after they are processed, that is, within 24-72 hours of receipt.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next regular business day.

We ship only to the continental United States. We do not ship to, Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries.

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
