Shipping Rules
All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following weekday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next regular business day.

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address for all orders.

You may request expedited delivery, Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipments. However, these orders will ship after they are processed, that is, within 24-72 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next regular business day.
- In the event any ordered merchandise is not available, you will be advised via e-mail. A backorder will not be automatically entered.

- At this time, we deliver only to the Continental United States. Our suppliers do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries.
Sales Tax
Michigan 6% Sales Tax will be added to total of cart before shipping and discounts to all purchases billed to a Michigan residence.
Backorder
In the event ordered merchandise is not available, you will be advised of the backordered item via e-mail with the option to request to proceed with the backorder, or be notified when the item is again available.

Returns
- In the event that a product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling charges.
- Items must be returned in their original condition including all sales tags and packaging. We do not reimburse shipping charges on returned merchandise.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained by email or phone. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly marked on your package and packing slip.

- All returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase less the cost for shipping.
